Good thing I have nothing to do with this company, Tuesday the 19 of September 2023 is was out cycling like I normally do and as I was at the light waiting, the light turned green and as I proceeded about 50%across a prepaid driver decided that he was more important to cut me off then stopped in the middle of the crosswalk due to traffic and blocked me from completely crossing with total disregard of my safety, leaving me in the street.I had to go behind him to complete my crossing and as I crossed he decided to make his right turn no blinker or acknowledgment of me, I slipped and scrapped my tire against the sidewalk trying to get around him on my $1300 bike. I have it all on my gopro. Street Evans rd & Romona expressway USDOT 3790255 T19019d License # AGA4DDA I contacted them through their contact us section and received a phone call 1 week later. Today September 25 2023 at 11:30am that phone should me just much more that I am not surprised that this company and its customer service is garbage, the female that called me asked if I was interested in a application, I told her in the comment I wrote down I wanted to log a complaint of a driver, she said ok I will take you of the application process from our records thank you and hung up! I couldn’t help but laugh.

Toll coverage is great. Customer service is great. Bypass iffy at best; doesn’t work much of the time and the transponder has actually caused me to go into weigh stations because PrePass didn’t update my GCWR to the correct amount. Seems to be working okay now.

Well as a new owner operator prepass customer service is grate very helpful with the whole process. They don't take up a lot of your time they try to get you going as fast as they can. They prices are fair their not out dig in our pockets.

When driving you don’t know if the device is working or not at truck scales it has only gone off when scales are close I would like to know when can I bypass or when do I have to go in that would make it worth while for me

Why is there two different websites to go to to get the information about my prepass? It should all be at one location. And the charges seem excessive. I don't even know if I'm even crossing through all these tolls or not. There's no proof except what you're charging me. The charges come all different times, not one set time like one bill for the another bill for next month. Instead I'm receiving one to two bills. Different times of the month after I think that I paid the bill. Another one comes None of this makes any sense.
