The information I gave don’t match the information y’all set up fir me to use example my truck plates or from Louisiana the plate y’all gave say Oregon so I haven’t even use the app

I tried over 10 times at different times of day to register online, it was a total fail. I called and was greeted by an efficient representative who signed our company immediately. Her name is Jacqueline Ramirez, thanks to her we were able to attain our preepass.

My biggest complain is that it doesn't always read the tranponder. Then, I have to agonize and make sure it doesn't turn into a Ticket Violation. I-95 and I-90 have some bad tolls. Otherwise, I love the practical benefits of using it.

I was trying to return the device but was impossible. I never got the return label stayed on hold to get in cantact for several hours. I still have the device and didn’t get my deposit back. Never again.

Best thing I have keeps me moving when there’s 10 big rigs stacked up going across the scale
