Bad costumer service still charge your account even when you close your account I wouldn’t recommend them to nobody run the other direction

I received a call from Brian informing Me that he had straightened out My IFTA license and was crediting My company with 3 months prepass through weight scales.

Unauthorized charges! No refund! Lied about refund. Inadequate customer service. No one capable of making a decision ever available for contact! Be extra careful with these unscrupulous people!

Saves a lot of Fuel

The device in one truck doesn't respond to weigh stations sometimes. Also, we weren't advised that PrePass is only good in some states and we received a citation after passing a station.

So far so good

The customer service is great. They walked me through every stage of setting up.

I love my prepass. Trucking just isn't the same without one. Makes my life a whole lot easier! Thanks guys!
