Netherlands | 02 November 2020I love it, in every single way. Bringing my cooking skills up to a whole new level. And it's nice to not be alone in the kitchen for once ;-) One request; Could you please get Yotam Ottolenghi to join?

Israel | 30 October 2020What a brilliant service, I’ve been waiting for something like this for a while. What I love about it is that it’s really down to earth and it feels like you’re cooking with the chef in their house and the stories are really inspiring and gives you a sense of the origin of what you’re going to cook. The content is top quality, I can’t get enough of Ed’s peanut butter recipe. Now I’m just waiting for the new chefs that are coming out.

Israel | 30 October 2020I’ve been using cooking apps for a long time. This is by far the best one I’ve even saw. Great content, super impressive lineup of chefs and most of all - inspiring and fun. Intrigued with what’s to come.

United States | 29 October 20205 stars is a bold statement especially from someone picky like me. Here’s why - the chef’s display their craft in such an approachable manner. I don’t feel intimidated by the dishes or the plating because of their approach. They coach you through a meal and the videography makes it feel like you are with them in the kitchen. I absolutely adore the international flavor and the places they take us; especially poignant during this time of isolation. The feedback mechanism and culture has developed into such a friendly community. We share our successes and laugh at our failures. I love seeing both! Keep it up Yes, Chef

United States | 28 October 2020I enjoy getting to know some of the chefs, appreciate the videos and knowing I can watch them as often as I wish, along with seeing an ingredient list and the recipe. But it's frustrating and hugely disappointing that there is not a "print" button we can utilize to print out the ingredient list/recipe easily. The format right now is pretty much a joke. Why share it if we can't print it? I am looking forward to more video's and hopefully user friendly tools to access the information

Bahamas | 28 October 2020I have been into cooking for more than thirty years and I‘m humbled to call some of the best and most famous Michelin chefs around the world my friends, but inspiring Erez and his beautiful creations, the simplicity of genius in his dishes and all the other amazing chefs like Edward and Nancy who share their wonderful secrets in such beautiful ways here on YesChef is to me the biggest gift I could possibly dream of. Thank you so much for this phenomenal app, the inspiration and beauty of life on earth. I truly love you guys and girls. YOU ARE OUTSTANDING. Looking forward to more inspiring recipes to come :)

United States | 28 October 2020I'm disappointed with this app, which definitely does not deliver what was promised. It is much too expensive for the number of classes available and not user-friendly to download or print the recipes. The few lessons that are available are good and I enjoy the chef profiles. The cinematography is lovely. But there is just not enough substantive content to make it worth the cost. This has not been a worthwhile investment for me.

United States | 28 October 2020I've been cooking since before I could reach the stove so for me, its great. However, I would not recommend it to most of my friends that are novice cooks because (1) I don't feel the recipes are accurate. E.g., There isn't actual measuring, it's more like eyeballing. I take notes and compare to the recipe and adjust as needed. Most cooks I know need specific measurements. (2) The recipes cannot be printed. These are not inexpensive classes. The recipes should be printable. Also, there are typos in the recipes. Nancy Silverton does so much adjusting I just don't see how, if a person follows the recipe exactly, the outcome would be the same. Bottom line: I'm no novice so it works for me. Don't think it would work for most novice cooks.

United Kingdom | 27 October 2020Videos are very well made and the interface is good at informing me what ingredients I need and what equipment I need to recreate the recipes. Only bug bear I have is new lessons take a while to become available. For example (at time of writing this review) there is only Dario Cecchini's story available and no lessons. But that's the only bug bear. The lessons are really great and I'd recommend this to anyone who's interested in cooking.

Canada | 27 October 2020I have been pleased with most of what has been "actually" presented to date. My favourite has been Dario Cechini's olive oil cake which I have made numerous times now by incorporating Nancy Silverton's adapations (they can be found online). The main problem is not "what" has been presented, but that most chefs are only promised and "nothing" has been presented. I paid a long time ago and am receiving very little for my money. This is a yearly subscription thus I am worried I will be charged again before I actually get what I paid for the first time. Moreover, there are errors in the printed recipes so I don't trust them as given. Another annoying aspect is that you can't print the recipes from the website. You basically have to take a screenshot or capture the information in a circuitous manner. For the money I'm paying I should be able to directly print recipes (even though some contain errors or omissions). I would not recommend this online cooking service. Let me close by saying if you haven't tried the olive oil cake, it's a must.

Israel | 27 October 2020This thing has a lot of potential but should not be on the market. Its not worth the money i paid for the promise of a maybe there will be a lesson in the future. I will be contacting the chefs themselves so they can know how they have been so poorly represented and what that does to there reputation. This is a very very poor execution and you should heavily consider a refund for your companies mistake.

Australia | 27 October 2020I love the concept. Also understand Covid would have caused considerable setbacks but don’t think it’s developed well enough to be sold to the public yet. The content is limited at this stage and the filming was obviously in pre-edit stage. I bought a gift pack and the recipient used it once and wasn’t too impressed. I’m wishing the creators well and hope they can make some inroads to developing more content so it becomes a success.
