I ordered 8 cut to size reflective film pieces all of which were slightly different in size. So when I opened the tubing I was annoyed that I had to lay out and measure each piece individually to know which one was for which window. Pulfrost could have wrapped individually or wrote the sizes on each cut film. I found the whole experience time consuming and difficult trying to prevent damage to film while working out the correct window/doors

Frosted film arrived quickly, instructions were simple to follow and only took 5 minutes to install. Definitely easier with 2 people to help keep the film tight while spraying with water but could be done solo if needed. Will be ordering again!

Happy with order and delivery process. If you read and follow instructions closely for the window film then you will be just fine. A surprise for us that using the patterned privacy film made our downstairs toilet space look bigger.

I ordered two pieces of "stained glass" window film for my kitchen. They were perfectly cut to size, and installation wasn't anywhere near as tricky as I feared thanks to the very clear instructions. The effect is gorgeous!

Purchased six panels for our kitchen. Just finished installing it and we are both thrilled with it. It looks professional and quite classy. Fitting it was easier than we expected; agree with the instructions that using lots of the solution is key. Definitely recommend.

Edit: I have since heard back from their team and they have issued a refund Damaged goods and we ordered fit to size and they are both off so have tried cutting them ourselves and it’s a total mess. Really hoping for a refund as the prices paid for these is extortionate for what we’ve received, so upsetting :( How is this an incident far beyond your control? It wasn’t cut to size Order number PF240800476 And I did contact yourselves before writing a review and received the following reply: ‘sorry to hear it’s damaged. Best wishes’ 😅 very passive aggressive customer service so far.
