After 5+ emails concerning the size needed for a particular barn door the item arrived. The day before the wedding it was needed for. It was the WRONG size. Communication is abysmal, they will avoid telephone calls at all costs. Am still awaiting response to my email regarding the unusable item they sent me.

I've ordered twice and the product was delivered next day and the quality was better than what I was expecting. The third time was a bit unlucky and got the wrong order. The customer team fixed it right away and got the correct order the following day.

Great product and delivered promptly. The etched film was easy to use and looks great. So much so that my daughter-in-law thought we'd had a new window installed.

Update: I discovered upon accident that my review had been responded to. I hadn't been notified or contacted directly. The company reached out to offer a chance to amend the experience at a discounted price. I have contacted the company since and haven't had any response so I can only assume this was a poor attempt to cover their tracks of looking bad and not actually willing to solve any issues. I am even more disappointed and upset with the whole experience because of their poor service. I have stopped friends and family from using the company which they are grateful for as they'd heard of issues before with this company. Review: I'm fine with it. I had a very basic design and it would better to have examples of similar things available with the design process. The writing I chose is transparent but I didn't realise it just wouldn't be visible at all unless you're close by. I wouldn't have chosen it if I knew this. I'd also say it is very easy to scratch the design even using the tools they provide and it is quite expensive for even a small piece of film. The delivery was reasonable. Packing fine and things arrived safely. I really love a lot of the designs and decorative films but there are lots of other places to buy things like this and with a much cheaper price tag so I wouldn't recommend or buy again.
