Privacy film arrived quickly and was easy to apply. It does the job without blocking out the light, exactly what I was looking for. And the after sales customer service was great too, dealt with a small issue quickly.

Gorgeous window film, just what I was looking for.

Window film arrived quickly and was very well packed to ensure there was no damage. Instructions to apply to window were clear and precise. Static cling film looks really good and is exactly what we wanted.

Good service and well packaged

I wanted something a little bit different so emailed with an inquiry. The graphics department was brilliant. Understood what I needed, created a bespoke design based on one of the stained glass window designs and emailed me a mock up for approval. Once the design had been printed and sent to me, it was very easy to install and fitted perfectly. It looks amazing and I would highly recommend them to anybody.

The window film fits in perfectly with the front door design. Delighted with the results and ease of installation!

The frosted panel stickers arrived well packaged and in good time. While they were sent with detailed instructions, I preferred the video tutorial (on YouTube) to make sure I did each step correctly. I'm very glad I also purchased the felt applicator, as this was invaluable. The overall result looks great and I'm eager to purchase again from here. My only feedback is that it would be good to know in advance of your order arriving, exactly what is required to install the glass frosting panels. i.e. a spray bottle, washing up liquid, a felt applicator, a sharp blade, a metal ruler.

Second time I’ve used this firm, all good

I was looking for something to enhance the window of our guest cloakroom, which wouldn't block light but still maintain privacy, and this was ideal. Purlfrost have an impressive range of privacy film with some lovely designs and colourways. Came with clear instructions and was easy to install. I'm very pleased and would certainly buy again.

Turn around was great and product quality high. Slightly concerned that from the thickness of the film, it would block the light from the window. In the end, it was much better than I thought. Instructions were clear and worked well.
