Assignments don't get marked at all. Calls from academic support do not get picked up. Good at reminding you when fees is due. I have had bad experience with them. Would not recommend.

Trust LCPS at your own peril! I NEED MY CERTIFICATE IMMEDIATELY PLEASE. I had completed my NVQ 3 course assignments and been graded since September 2024 but till date, my certificate has not been made available for me. I have written several emails but all they are good at are promises not kept. The instituition promised to provide certificate within 4 to 8 weeks of completion but it's over twenty weeks (5 months) now, yet they have not provided my certificate. They had the effontery to mail back that they are yet to get to my batch, even after 10 weeks that I mailed them at that time. I have all the EVIDENCES to support my review if needed. I NEED MY CERTIFICATE IMMEDIATELY PLEASE! Thank you.

I went to class there physically for the first time and it was an amazing experience , I feel like I was able to understand what mr isaac who is my course teacher was teaching us better than usual, after the class had ended I was also given the opportunity to meet the staff team who were really wonderful and helpful people.

My supervisor was readily available to help out. I was given a lot of support and guidance during my study. I am also happy but the marking scheme, reviews and feedback after each assignment. It helped me improve my research skills to deliver quality assignment

Without exaggerating, the services provided by LCPS are too exceptionally. This is based on the experience i had throughout my studies. The study material is very rich. At the end of the course, I almost called my friends to introduce myself as a professor, but I could not knowingly its an academic crime.

My leaning experience with LCPS as positive. My supervisor was incredibly helpful, always attending to my requests with patience, The admission and learning process are well organized. While my overall experience was positive, I did encounter long wait times during my initial consultation. It would be helpful if the college could offer a way for calls to be attended to on time. I would recommend the college to others looking for a reliable and professional bodies for their healthcare and other courses certification. Thank you

I am dissapointed in the lack of communication from this Institution. They have zero interaction with students and give no support. I have completed a L5 diploma in Health and Social Care in July 2024 and to date I haven't received anything or any communication on delays. I have informed to contact the OTHM which in turn referred me back to LCPS as they haven't received my transcripts yet. To date I only received excuses and zero support. The only support I got was when I enrolled.

I have completed OTHM Level 8 Diploma which was a fast track. The student support team at LCPS and my supervisor Dan were always very helpful and very prompt in replying any queries. I am very please with my experience while being with LCPS in 2024. I wish the institute all the best and highly recommended.

I am so excited to study with LCPS. Their portal is easily assessible and my supervisor was always prompt in responding to my emails. I have recommended LCPS to someone already and will continue to. The admissions team is also top notch.

When I registered, I was welcomed and everything was made clear and simple to me as a new immigrant to the UK. This made me to register my daughter in level 3 health and social care management. She did well and qualified before me because I had to take a break. When I returned, I was welcomed with open arms and I restarted from where I stopped, everything went smoothly, the assessors were professional and helpful.
