Hunted around on price for a new mower after making the mistake of buying a cordless replacement for my old corded mower. Decided on tools today as their price was competitive and had free delivery. Also saw a Stihl strimmer at a good price so bought that too. Both came with free oil and fuel additives to get me going and all arrived within a couple of days. Brilliant service and fantastic comms from Sam.

I ordered a new mountfield mower which was faulty on arrival. The item had to be returned and a replacement was sent out but it was missing the oil and fuel stabiliser which should be included. I have emailed support about the missing items but they still haven’t arrived and no tracking information has been provided. This should have easily been sorted by now. Updated 31st July: missing items finally arrived after posting review here on Trustpilot.
