Ordered a sit on mower on Monday and it was delivered on Friday, plus took old mower away which was a good help. Was kept well informed and extremely happy with the service. The man who did the delivery was great.

They advised it was in stock, 3 weeks later I chased them and was told stihl didn’t have any stock and it was going to be another 3 weeks before they could complete the order. Asked to rate their service when they don’t even have the product to sell. Waste of time. Avoid and use a reputable company. Given 1 star as no option for 0 stars. Reply to the sellers reply. The item did show in stock if it showed out of stock I would have bought elsewhere. Just admit your customer service is very poor.
