We paid £2000 for a lawn tractor which arrived non functioning. We have spent 3 weeks on endless phone calls, the firm has done nothing and have never replied to our calls. We have now put the matter in the hands of trading standards. We have paid to have the machine repaired at our own expense. I would strongly suggest that you do not give this firm any business or money. Your reply to my review is completely incorrect. If your delivery driver saw we were using the machine incorrectly why did he not say something? Your technician Matt phoned me once when I was on a lifeboat call so could not answer, I phoned your company every day for three weeks and got nowhere. I even took a day off work as you were going to phone me, YOU DID NOT. I did not pay for repair as the local firm owed me a favour, they found a problem with the carb and head gasket. They said the engine had not had a PDI and could not have been tested properly. The reason I went to a local firm was I could not find a local dealer and I had no response whatsoever from your firm. I stick by my previous statement, do not waste your time and money with this firm. The matter is now with trading standards and on their advice I will not enter into any more discussion.

Was worried about delivery to our address but I was informed delivery was no problem Courier company used are first class ride on mower arrived a week after ordering as I was informed, contacted me again day before delivery Delivery on time 8am driver very friendly and helpful ( even though he had been on the road since early hours) Used machine twice since delivery no problems at all Thanks to all at Tools Today

Awesome company to deal with. Good prices and fast delivery. What more can you ask. Had to call them with a question and the guy was super helpful. I think his name may have been Tim but I could be completely wrong. Either way excellent company.

The website was easy to use and I found what I wanted quickly. I placed the order online on Sunday night and received a phone call from ToolsToday the next morning to say my product was all ready to ship and could I accept it the next day! Regular emails keeping me up to date on order progress, brilliant service!
