Ordered 4 days ago, followed by auto generated message saying order is being processed will send dispatch date and estimated delivery. This was followed by another auto generated message asking for a review! Seems all you get is auto generated messages, until they are notified of dispatch after which I'll expect another autogenerated message from their 2rd party drop shippers Non existent Customer Service !!!

Further to my previous post and your reply, you’re missing the point, firstly your website did not say the item was out of stock, had it done so I would have the option to source it from elsewhere, instead of waiting months for delivery. Secondly given the problem was of your making, to offer me a substitute product at a much higher price is hardly a compensation!!!! So the wait for delivery goes on and on!!!
