United Kingdom | 12 June 2020Ordered on the 5th and delivered on the 11th was due yesterday but was sent a txt msg from delivery company say it was delayed by a day so no problem plus there was a weekend in between so good service considering i live in Cambridgeshire. Good price on goods only 1 item out of stock but was aware. Would definitely recommend and will use again for my screws ect

United Kingdom | 12 June 2020Had to wait 4 weeks for the order to be dispatched and only found out when opening the parcel that some items were missing and were due to 'follow on'. I have chased several times and another 4 weeks later the outstanding items have still not been dispatched despite being told a few times that the items will be 'delivered in a few days'. I even had to let them know which items were outstanding! I accept that there are no doubt COVID related issues but being up front and realistic about delivery times would be appreciated rather than being fobbed off. Proactively communicating with customers rather than them having to chase would also help.

I have to admit that recent reviews concerned me BUT if you look at the bad review profile they are pretty much all delivery related and after Covid really kicked in, there are almost none before hand (good or bad). Also most were self raised from what I can see and people are better at complaining that praising. I emailed a query before ordering and got a prompt and helpful response. Based on this I ordered and have not been disappointed in terms of service.

United Kingdom | 11 June 2020I have now finally received my order, unbelievable it has taken 12 working days and then to discover 8 items were "out of stock" even though nothing was mentioned prior to shipping AND no refund has been made!!!! TOTALLY DISSATISFIED!!!!

United Kingdom | 10 June 2020Regarding the comment from the previous reviewer, my telephone call was answered after letting the phone ring for a 2-3 minutes. I think everyone has to be patient in these times of lockdown etc. I waited for my order for three weeks but it eventually arrived with a note inside saying "Sorry for the delay Thank you for your patience". Appreciate their consideration under stressful conditions. Under normal circumstances I believe this company can give good service. Order #0000175473

They do not communicate by email nor answer the phone to explain why nothing is being done with an order.An estimate of 5 to 10 days delivery is wildly optimistic,wishful thinking. Save yourself grief and shop elsewhere ! .

United Kingdom | 02 June 2020Terrible company - still waiting for my refund of 2 items that were in stock when ordered - it has now been over 5 weeks (part of the order was delivered over 3 weeks later - after requesting a complete refund in 3 emails as they dont answer the phone). These emails were all ignored. Am still awaiting the refund of 2 items - how can a company be so useless? If you cannot cope with the current level of orders - you either stop taking new orders or you change your systems / notifications to customer. Not continue to say everything is in stock and it is a delay of 2-7 days???

I received confirmatory email and then courier confirmation. Tins arrived very well packed and well within the given postage time frame. Happy customer.

United Kingdom | 30 May 2020Order some patio sand In stock and next day delivery at a cost of £20 . Nearly a week later they hadn't even dispatched. Did email and got told will be sent next day , was it ever. I asked for refund and did get response quickly and had a full refund. Bloody annoying that I could have had my sand by now if they hadn't messed me around to begin with . I noticed now a message on there website on about delays in orders , but only just put it on in the last few days. The only reason for two stars due to the fast response, otherwise be one star.

I have sent 2 emails to the company with no response and please find another supply than this one for your needs, you may get the product that way.

United Kingdom | 20 May 2020Ordered a few items a month ago. After two weeks not arrived. Contacted them and was told they were behind and would be dispatched the same week. Contacted a week later to be told it was dispatched and should arrive next day. Contacted a week later and was told it was on its way and scheduled for Wed delivery. Was given a parcel force tracking number. Called ParcelForce today who said they’ve not received the package from the seller. So have raised a case through them. Glad I paid via PayPal

Given the circumstances, delays to product delivery are only to be expected. However, it was three weeks before my product was supposedly 'shipped' and I was sent a faulty track number for the courier. I have tried calling 15 times over the past two days and received no answer. When I had got through to them, inquiring before my parcel was 'shipped', I was greeted with flippancy and broken promises of parcel dispatch; promising a parcel dispatch several days before I actually received a 'confirmatory' email of such dispatch. Still waiting! I just want my money back.

You deserve to now fail as a business as treating your customers with respect shoudl be your top priority. Based on the past 3 weeks you WILL fail. We all understand the pressures currently - I even work in ecommerce with my business so know exactly how it is currently. Time for you to shut up shop and smartish before you rip others off.

United Kingdom | 18 May 2020Updated an order on the 04th May following issues with PayPal payment not being taken, so re ordered with a debit payment. I was told the order would be with me wed/thur of that week and given a tracking number, needless to say the goods didn't arrive.Followed up with a call on the 12/05/20 after someone finally answered the phone to be told it had been dispatched the day before and I was assured it would be with me by no later than 13/05/20.Despite numerous efforts trying to contact them by phone and email I still have no idea when I am going to get my goods. The tracking number issued has been stating 'Advised' since the 04/05/20 an absolute joke!! If someone from the company checks the reviews posted then my order number is #171564 but then if you responded to my messages you would know this?

Germany | 15 May 2020Placed and order on Monday 4th May after my PayPal payment was never collected. when I did not receive the order I rang and they said they had changed PayPal address so the PayPal payment was never collected which I cancelled and got back. In good faith I paid by visa as they said they had changed their PayPal account. Nothing has been received except excuses and a Parcelforce delivery number that always says advised. Something is seriously wrong with this Company. Avoid at all costs. I have requested a refund so let's see what happens.
