I ordered 2 tubs of Geofix at a cost of £76.46 on the 18th August. I received confirmation of my order 191112. I also received a confirmation of my payment. The delivery was expected to take 5 days. I am still waiting. I have tried phoning with no answer. I have tried emailing with no replies. This company should not be allowed to trade. I strongly advise that this company be avoided at all cost.

Ordered products and initial customer service very good. Informed at early stage if delays and refund offered. Having asked fir refund am still waiting after over a month. They cannot find payment details even though it is on my credit card statement and I have given them the details. Keep getting told everyone working from home which I accept. Am now about to lodge complaint through visa My experience tells me to avoid using this company

I ordered three tubs of GEO FIX all weather patio grout and the order was dispatched via courier in the time frame promised. When delivered, the courier company had trashed one of the tubs, breaking the seal on the product (causing it to go off). I emailed and phoned Sealants and Tools Direct and they were wonderful. No quibbles, very apologetic and dispatched a replacement same day. I am sorry for those that have had bad experiences, but I was delighted with the personal service provided to me and would not hesitate to order from them again. I should also add that the product was almost £20 cheaper (a tub) than via Amazon! Thank you!!

As with many others on here it looks like we have been scammed too. No goods received no phone answered, emails not responded to. DO NOT BUY you will be ripped off by what is obviously a scammer.

Do not buy from this company, you won't recieve your goods but your money will be taken. Ordered and paid for two items, which haven't been delivered. Nobody answering phones or responding to emails.

It should be minus 1 star no feed back on my item to be shipped, glad I only spent £20.00 .it was a waste of time ordering from them should have gone to screwfix , at lease some one picks up the phone.

This is a spam company, do NOT order from this company. I made an order on 18th August, order no 191041, cost £258.92. All i’ve received is the paypal payment confirmation, nothing from Sealantsandtools. I’ve called many times, no answer. Sent emails daily, no response. The covid 19 is NOT an excuse for this. if they’ve gone bust then they should take down their website and stop taking people’s money. I am slightly relieved after posting my review to finally get an email response from sealants! on a saturday! Thank you Shaun. However i want to make it clear that I did send 3 emails to the info@sealantsandtoolsdirect email address and had no response whatsoever. I also have had no message from delivery agents, nowadays they are very good at sending their own messages to customers when they collect goods for delivery. I’m looking forward to receiving my order, hope to update my review shortly. Update: Products were successfuly received

I ordered 3 items on 06 Aug with payment taken immediately. Delivery was promised 2 to 5 working days with tracked delivery. 12 days later, still nothing. Couldn't get through 9n phone lines until 10.20 this morning. A male voice answered 'Sealandsandtools'. I stated my case only to be told it would be shipped today! Zero communication from them, or so I thought, until, like the first reviewer, I checked my spam folder. I now find an email stating item has been shipped today. This is extremely poor service. No communication. No warnings on website. Spelling mistakes on standard text on invoices. Just excuses. I'll shop elsewhere from now on. My job has been held up waiting for these amateurs.

A was worried when i didnt receive any information on my order for a couple of days. When I accessed my spam folder all the information plus tracking details where there.Delivered on time and well packaged. Well Done .

Place an order 1 week ago (on a Wednesday), with a supposed 48hr tracked delivery service. Currently the order is still marked as "Order Placed" with no hint of the item being shipped. It is still currently marked as in stock on the website. I have emailed this morning with no reply and have sat listening to a ring tone for the past 20 minutes with no one picking up the phone. First time shopping here and I'm sorry to say it will definitely be the last. Hello Matt, Unfortunately I cannot reply to your response here. I also do not feel it is the place to discuss order details. I have sent two messages using the contact form on your website today. The first being the one I referenced in my review and the second is requesting a cancellation as I've managed to locate the item on Amazon, at a better price and to be delivered tomorrow. It is a shame that this seems to be the only reliable avenue of contact for the company. I'd suggest reviewing your mailing system if you are not receiving messages or allowing customers to leave a voicemail on your phone lines. Regards David

I placed my order on the Saturday and received my good first thing Tuesday morning. The item was as advertised and arrived very well packaged and undamaged . I was impressed by the service I received.

So ive had to sit on this review for several days until my refund came through, LETS GO so partner ordered 2 tubs of geo-fix towards end of lockdown for our driveway. I asked her to order GREY colour, what arrived a week or so later was BUFF after a lot of calls, emails it was said my partner ordered online wrong. So we accepted this after an argument with each other, lol and paid a hefty return charge. we waited for the return and refund of items, before calling, then being asked to reorder online the colour GREY we wanted. So week or so later came home and guess what they only delivered BUFF colour again! Ok they came to a deal that we become part of the team and dispatch our buff colour, to some other customers. We lost money on returns and my £1000s driveway has been unsealed for weeks! We were met with rude and terrible customer service and still deeply disappointed with the outcome. You seriously would be mad to order from this awful company, if matt and chloe had dealt with things better the review may have been totally different, but all the emails are proof of how rude they are! Seriously need to up your customer service levels. And the reply on here says it all, we did not order it wrong at all, we are out of pocket and as the reply points out, the company are full of excuses and blame to the customer. Very rude and im glad my dealings with the company are over! If they had been closer id have gone in store to deal with this personally. And ive had no response to email of the correct but damaged products that were eventually delivered, all this company did was try and say i was not a customer to get my review taken down, avoid at all costs!

If you want to be lied to when you make enquiries about your delivery this is the company for you. Fobbed me off with lies saying my order was being delivered the next day. Even told me that the item I had ordered was in high demand but mý order had been dispatched. Then told today they werent expecting stock for another couple of weeks. AVOID

Outstanding service. The delivery time quoted was 2 to 5 working days but we ordered two items one morning and they came the next morning. Also, very helpful advice was given over the telephone.

Should have paid more attention to the negative reviews before ordering! My first order with the company ended up with 12 boxes of screws all with the wrong head type, although this was promptly resolved with a phone call. This foolishly gave me a false sense of security to make a second order on June 15th. After no contact from the company on a possible delivery date after a couple weeks, I phoned, and was told part of my order was delayed. Eventually I had to call again and was told this time that I should have received part of my order (which i did the following day) One of the items in this order was incorrect, and i was still two items short. When i phoned, I was told I would be refunded for the incorrect item as it was out of stock (no refund received to my PayPal to date). I was also told that my missing items would be despatched on Monday July 6th. It of course never arrived. I did however receive an email on the 8th stating that the tub of 300 hand wipes i ordered were no longer being made but i could have 200 for the same price! I have now requested a full refund for missing items and incorrectly sent item and will be opening a PayPal dispute if not promptly received. On a final note as a professional tradesman with decades of experience. It appears this company is very poorly managed, disorganised and staff who are picking orders have little or no knowledge of the products they are selling.

ordered everbuild wood stain. waited a week ,not arrived so rang no problem, Cloe answered very polite ,she said it was on its way...it arrived next morning. In this difficult time, compared to other things i have ordered from firms on line this was great service THANKS Ken
