Glitchy system had me submit my banking details 3 times. Customer service is terrible. No ability to call for help when you apply online, have to rely on email that it's a crapshoot if they reply. It's taken over 3 days and I still have no idea what they're doing, despite their site saying it takes an average of 60 min after applying, or 30 min after submitting info.

Good experience, would be nice together a clearer confirmation of the difference in interest and that it is a secondary loan. Before agreeing, slow down. No need to rush the conversation. That could be seen as entrapment or sketchy practices. If client will say no, don’t con them.
