While approval is slow (I had to call them after a few hours of not hearing anything), I received excellent service once I did call. Saif was an excellent customer service rep and couldn't apologize enough (not his fault). But he was so quick and explained everything very clearly and was super polite.

I wish I had read the warnings from the 1-star reviews before considering this company for an online application for a payday loan. After being approved online, I ended up vainly completing the bank verification process 3 times in less than 24 hours just to receive another verification request email even after they already confirmed that they got my info. And the support number simply connects you to the nearest branches just to be told that they can’t do anything about online applications and they’re advising to rather email support. I just gave up and I’m hoping they delete my info from their database because I can’t even find a way to delete the account I created on their website.
