The men arrived on time and were helpful and courteous, explaining what was going on each step of the way. Gemma in the office was always on hand to answer any questions. The guys coming to redo the footpath, grass, driveway and taking all barriers away, also arrived when they were supposed to and were happy to answer any questions. We seriously cannot fault Utility Smart. With so much bad customer service nowadays it was refreshing to work with such a professional, helpful and friendly company and we would not hesitate to recommend them. First rate, turned up on time on the day they agreed. very professional and well co-ordinated throughout the project. considering the amount of digging and roadworks involved they left the site looking like it has never been disturbed. Very pleased
