Super quick delivery and easy buying process. The only thing I would change is the combo kits contents...would be good if there was a liner, pump and hose combo as these are the bits you dispose of and buy new each time.

I range after 12 o’clock on a Friday and the lady that I spoke to went out if her way to ensure I received my pool liner by Saturday, despite me placing the order after midday. I can not tell you how grateful I was for her actions and understanding!!

We bought a birthpool it arrived in good time. We then didn’t birth at home so contacted to return. We had to pay for shipping to return (no real surprise it’s a big box) repaid promptly on receipt of goods back at company. All round excellent service and responses.

Excellent service, ordering was easy and it was dispatched so quickly. Unfortunately we didn’t end up having a home pool birth, but returning was also a doddle. They refunded me the same day they received the items back. Fantastic customer service and I would highly recommend them.

The pool arrived in a neat box which was easy to store until birth. Set up was easy (10 mins- we actually didn’t test it before) and filling took around half an hour. It was such a relief to get into the pool, and made manoeuvring at the pushing stage so much better. Our daughter was born peacefully into the pool after around half an hour of pushing. I would recommend this pool to anyone considering a home birth, our experience was amazing and I found it to be a reasonable price for the size and quality of the pool.

We ordered our Birth Pool in a Box for a baptism. It was the perfect solution. Easy to inflate and sturdy once inflated and filled with water. Also it maintained the temperature very well. It was easy to enter and emerge from. I would recommend it for smaller ministries as an affordable, and long term alternative to hiring a private swimming pool or other baptisteries available.

We received what we ordered but didn’t use it or open it because we didn’t have a home birth in the end.
