Delivery was very prompt and all as expected.

Pool was easy to put up and a good size, it remained inflated for a good amount of time and was easy to put away however my concern was that the water cools really fast and does not stay warm for the length of time it states it does.

Excellent service and great quality products. Quick delivery even around Christmas. I used a birth pool in a box from my local maternity unit, but bought a hose, liner and tap connectors from birth pool in a box, which all enabled me to have the water birth I wanted at home.

The site is very easy to use, I ordered a birthing pool they emailed with dates of delivery which arrived in a crate when I was 36 weeks pregnant, once done I put everything they needed to go back, back into the crate, emailed them with date I wanted collected which they arranged and collected. everything was so easy and quick to put up and use, and even cleaning and taking down was quick and easy thanks to the pool liner, the pool it self was a perfect size with plenty of handles and a really helpful cup holder, and I really liked the fact the pool liner fitted properly to the pool. If planning a home birth I would highly recommend this company

We hired our pool through a doula but purchased the accessories kit and sterile liner ourselves. I accidentally placed the wrong order and needed to contac the company, to which I received an almost immediate helpful reply of how to rectify the order. We were very satisfied and our purchase arrived the next day.

I emailed because I was changing my birth plan last minute to a home birth and they accommodated me by expediting the shipping which was greatly appreciated.

I can't recommend the pool enough. It came super quickly (next day). I bought the accessories too and we had everything we needed. The pool was easy to inflate and fill and to empty using the pump. Being in water helped the pain so much and we had a successful home water birth. Worth every penny.

Ordered Complete Essentials Kit for Birth Pool in a Box which arrived within 48 hours of placing order. The kit was great, and so much easier buying as a package rather than sourcing everything individually. Having everything ready in one box made it much easier when it came to getting the pool ready for our water birth. Also makes the process of emptying the pool so much easier and stress free. Would recommend!

The lining came within 3 days of purchase!!! It was neatly packed and with instructions how to use the pool - a great reminder!!! It fitted quickly and easy on a big day and served so well when it came to cleaning the pool the next day after lovely experience of water birth! Couldn't ask for more...or maybe the price could be a bit lower ;)
