Works well overall. Customer support on initial set up was lacking. Kept saying "Talk to your customer", when it was a technical issue.

Direct Capital did a fine job with financing the original purchase I made for my business. Since then, however, they frequently continue to pressure me to borrow more and more funds from them even after I've told them repeatedly I'm not interested right now. I think they're "fine" overall, but their marketing is a little too "hard sell" for my style.

Excellent Serbians quick loans

I have use them for a number of loans however in the last couple of years it has been very hard to get a live person to return a phone call that is made to them. I get standard emails offering money and loans to help my business grow and when I answer back of them just say hey please call me regarding a question I have I never get a call they need to get a better personal touch.
