I have used Midland Eye twice for cataract surgery and once for Jag Laser treatment. The reception staff are most courteous and helpful and the surgical team provide an exceptional service. I would have no hesitation in recommending Midland Eye as a first class provider of eye treatment procedures

Very efficient cataract service. 1st eye very successful. Second eye vision clear but a little blurred still after six weeks. Staff very warm and approachable.

I have been coming here A few years and have had outstanding care and treatment every time. Have always received wonderful care from Mr Mark Benson, however I also found out via the grapevine he is considering retirement, which has saddened me as well as many others I no doubt. I ( like others ) now ponder over : who will try to/ can ever fill his shoes regarding caring for me/us in a way that was without question - above and beyond ? Without question, excellent care will still be offered at Midland Eye, but will there ever be another Mr Benson ? I doubt it because he is/was exceptional and his departure will leave a huge void for those who have had the pleasure of knowing him/being under his care. 2.12.19 : In response to the acknowledgement of my comment : thank you, my family and I , as will others, appreciate your response.

A comfortable expérience with caring and professional people

There is nothing to worry about if you have a cataract operation done here. All the staff are friendly and put you at your ease. They are also very professional. The procedure is completely pain free and aftercare is explained fully on a one to one basis. A lack of parking spaces at the hospital for family providing transport would be my only slight reservation.

I attended for a consultation for a bilateral Blethroplasty. At all times my treatment both from non medical staff and medical was exemplary. I had the procedure and it was an absolute breeze. Thanks to the reassurance of the medical staff. I have to return for the removal of my stitches on 26th November. Thank you Peter Cartwright

Excellent in all respects, cosy environment with hot drinks and cookies. All members of staff helpful and professional and the cataract surgery itself was pain free and comfortable. Wonderful long distance vision now! Well worth the experience.
