Attention attention !!!! Une entreprise qui continue de faire la promo de son vélo et d’attirer avec le black friday mais un vélo qui n’arrive pas…. Et oui! De nombreux mails, toujours la même réponse « problème de production sur nos chaines…. Mais nous venons d’avoir les pièces …. Cela devrait partir dans quelques jours… » et…. Rien!!!!! Pas l’ombre d’un mail si on ne relance pas ( pour avoir la même reponse !!!!) mais surtout pas l’ombre du vélo ! Alors attention à vous toutes et tous! Je vous tiens au courant sur cette même page de l’arrivée ou non de mon FuroX

I ordered a furo x folding bike back in early July. Despite several mails and promises, the latest, on 3rd Nov, being that the delivery would be in two or three weeks time, the oder status has stubbornly stayed at “ manufacturing and QC” As they have had my money in their bank for five months now with no sign of the product I paid for I have decided that enough is enough and have cancelled the order.

I ordered an Aventa standard ebike via cyclescheme. The 1st Aventa I received was damaged but after a bit of chasing (bit slow responding to emails) they sent out a replacement which I am generally pleased with. It has some minor marks on the wheel rim and mudguard but nothing serious. The performance is very good as the powerful motor gives good assistance, it struggles on the steepest hill but this is 20% gradient in one place and I'm not exactly lightweight, so I expected that. The ride is fine even with the tyres at max pressure but I obviously make sure I avoid the potholes as much as possible. The hydraulic disc brakes are good and I like the look of the bike. The only negative point is the battery indicator cannot be fully relied upon. The charge remaining bar varies quite a lot during the ride depending on load & power setting but on one occasion i started going up a hill near home with approx quarter charge remaining to find that the bike cut out completely half way up (the light went out as well). I had back up lights but had to push it home as the hill is too steep without assistance. There should be a low battery warning or more accurate reading. It's not really an issue now that I know but definitely something to keep an eye on if you have a hilly commute. Furosystems are a bit slow to respond to emails but I managed to contact them by phone and I understand they are a small company. Overall I am pleased with the bike and find it great for my 22 miles round trip commute to work. I would recommend an Aventa, the spec is very good for the price and it rides well.

Ordered an aventa to replace an existing, older generation e-bike. Arrived on time, packaged very well so no damage to the bike, which was very easy to assemble. Had first ride out last weekend and the bike performed faultlessly and is so much better that the one it has replaced, I do not intent to ride the older bike again. Suburb product, but for me the main advantage is it's light weight compared to most other e-bikes on the market.

I've recently purchased the FuroSystem Aventa electric bike and very impressed with the design, look and quality of the bike. I did some research before choosing my electric bike and ultimately the FuroSystem came out best value for money for the price range. My only criticism is that the saddle is not the most comfortable on a long ride, but there again I'm not a hardened bike rider so maybe I'll get used to it in time.

Purchased via Cycle to Work Scheme direct with Furo after my local dealer ( who had one in stock at the time ) would not supply because he said he didn’t make any money. So placed order after being told 4 weeks delivery time. I have paid 3 payments through my salary and still no bike. Numerous emails later and website only updated after my enquiry, being told batteries due at the factory this weekend and then only a couple of days to complete production before being shipped and that was 6 weeks ago. Order now cancelled and would advise to re think before placing an order unless you are told it’s in stock.

4 weeks in and very happy with the bike. Although there were a couple of teething problems these were probably to do with me putting it together. I had it checked at a local bike shop as the gears needed adjusting and I wanted to be happy everything was safe, Furo systems said they would refund £20 of the cost which I was happy about. I really enjoy riding this bike and use it daily.

First scooter was making strange ringing noises and was missing bolts holding it together, so it was not safe to ride - Furo kindly replaced it. The replacement seemed to have the smaller battery, which Furo vigorously denied. The Furo depot working hours in London are Mon-Fri , 11:00-17:00, so one basically needs to take day off work to get their scooter serviced. I've sent the scooter back via UPS for a price and with a flat rear tire for a repair and for battery diagnostics, only to receive the scooter back with flat tire again. Sent the scooter again via UPS for a price, waited almost two months to be notified that my scooter is lost by UPS. Furo offers me a refurbished scooter or a new one for 250GBP. Paying more money for a scooter that already costs more than 900 GBP is outrageous, so I've settled down for a refurbishment, although I would never purchase a refurbished product. Boy oh boy, was this a mistake - the refurbished scooter box is falling apart, so I cannot even open it, because if there is some issue, I can no longer return it in the box. I wanted to return the scooter and get a refund on numerous occasions, but Furo simply denies the request, although I've barely used the sccoter in the past 6 months - it was either not safe to ride, in transit, in repair or lost. I've wasted so much time and money on the scooter and I am sorely regretting this purchase. Avoid Furo Systems at all cost!

I arranged a test ride which convinced me to purchase. The bike arrived within 10 days of ordering. Pretty easy to put together, online videos are helpful. I have been riding the bike everyday for a week and only had to charge it once. Several friends have had a ride on it and all are impressed by the style and build quality and the fact that itsa very discrete electric bike..when I tell them the price they are further impressed .

Je vous donne mon avis sur le furo fx, acheté chez véloélectriquefrance en mai 2020 qui compte maintenant au compteur près de 5 500 km. Les points positifs: - Vélo maniable et vraiment léger qui reste agréable à conduire sans assistance. - L'assistance électrique avec ses 5 niveaux est réactive et permet sans problème de gravir les nombreuses côtes parisiennes. - Le design du vélo très réussi. Les points négatifs : - Pliable certes, mais difficilement transportable à la main. - Pas de d'amortisseur sur le vélo (la chaussée parisienne est en très mauvais état !) ; - L'éclairage avant sur piles (qui aurait pu être relié à la batterie). Je voudrais remercier l'équipe de Furo pour sa réactivité quant à un problème de conception initiale de la batterie: A deux reprises, j’ai eu des soucis sur une des cosses de la batterie (cosse de la batterie déformée par un arc électrique). Un premier changement de batterie a eu lieu en décembre 2020. Le second problème a eu lieu en juin 2021 et a été résolu définitivement cette semaine avec de nouvelles cosses verticales sur la nouvelle batterie et de nouveaux connecteurs. Je ne regrette pas mon achat du furo fx chez véloléctriquefrance pour le sérieux du SAV du fabriquant et du revendeur. Je repars donc confiant pour les 5 000 prochains kilomètres !

I ordered the Furo X Max at the beginning of May, and yet still wait for delivery. The tracking system seems to be in a time warp (in production since May) and when prompted on delivery, it's always soon but need to wait a further month (the last delivery date has been and gone - no surprises there). Distinctly unfulfilling experience and yet the wait continues. There are plenty of other e-bikes out there and would suggest looking at them instead.

nice bike very quiet very smooth saddle a bit hard could do with a removable computer for when you leave the bike locked to go shopping etc this would also add to the security I don't get the 500 watt boost don't seem to kick in like I thought it would when going up a steep hill. Still a very nice bike

Great bike, very well made and a reasonable weight allowing transfer on a towbar. Battery easy to charge on the bike, and detachable if required. Everything works well but did need to get extra instructions on some aspects of the computer. Only thing I didn’t like was the quick release front wheel spindles. It came undone on a bumpy road and wheel nearly fell off. Have switched to proper bolted one and all good.

Been waiting to write my review so that I can get a proper feel for the bike. Suffice it to say it has exceeded my expectations! The motor feels nice and powerful so I have no trouble keeping up with my grandkids on a ride!
