I’m happy with the bike. It seems to be well made. The motor gives ample assistance on hills. The seat is quite hard and uncomfortable after a while. The instruction leaflet did not cover fitting the front disc brakes. The fittings came in a bag with a couple of bolts, washers and spacers. I’m guessing that they have specific positions on the brake, but is not obvious to me. This is an important omission I think.

Superbe Vélo reçu 1 semaine avant la date prévue. Très belle expérience de conduite et ce, malgré les désagréments causés d'une part par l'annonce subite de taxe par le livreur UPS de taxe de dédouanement à hauteur de plus 20% du prix du vélo et d'autre part par une mauvaise installation de la chambre à air de la roue arrière. Cette dernière a explosé une fois gonflée. Mes réclamations au service client ont été entendu et traité de manière très satisfaisante. Les frais de dédouanement ont été pris en charge par furosystems intégralement et j'ai pu récupérer mon vélo. Mes autres demandes et questions ont aussi été traitées rapidement et efficacement. Merci à Jessy et Emmanuelle pour leur professionnalisme et leur prise en charge. Je ne manquerai pas d'être un prescripteur de vos produits et services.

Arrived before date indicated but was missing front wheel quick release mechanism which is so frustrating when you are putting it together. Probably spent half an hour going through everything and packaging to see if I was the culprit. Once I decided it was not my stupidity you have a half finished bike in the middle of your garage that cannot be completed. Had to make a few calls to get through to customer services and they put one in the post which arrived 4 days later. Whilst an apology was made all rather insincere. Instructions enclosed not that helpful youtube better but still need not a simple process. Instructions need improvement. Like the bike now it is up and running. Good fun and looks good.

I have honestly had the most truly awful experience with this company would not recommend to my worst enemy, the bike arrived two months late with damages to the frame and parts missing, I then spent 2 weeks going back and forth with emails on a truly unacceptable customer service situation. Only to find that the would not replace it with a undamaged bike, and offered me a paltry £75 to get a respray to cover the many chips and scratches to the paintwork, and now they expect me to pay for the courier service to return this damaged product before I can get a refund. Never in my life have I seen such bad service! Please for the love of God do not subject yourself to what I have gone through! Please look at other company's, there are many that won't treat you this badly.

The Furo bike is a great bike. I have been using it for over a week now for my work commute. I am still experimenting how long the battery really last on different setting powers, but, being afraid to be left without assistance, I charge it every night. The customer service have been great, though they lack on clarity on how long you have to wait for your bike, and other little matters (like the on board computer has more settings than you expect, and yet the owners manual only explain fewer options. I have asked for explanations of the whole options, but they just avoid my request for some reason) Also, on the website, looked like the bike was coming with an insurance, but when I tried to register, they said I didn't buy one (and there is no option to buy an insurance when you buy the bike) Nevertheless, I am enjoying my bike very much. Great bike!

I read some of the reviews about Furosystems delivery problems, but I went ahead and ordered the Aventa Pure it arrived within 4 day's delivered by a helpful guy, it took me about 40 mins to put together with no problems, the first time I tried I was very impressed with the way the motor came in in fact took me by surprise to be honest, so to the first hill that I sometimes struggle when near the top but this bike went up at about 12 mph, without dought I will be using a lot more instead of the car, the only very small thing is the saddle is a bit hard but will change that, money well spent I think

Excellent Product. Attractive design and well-built. I'm truly happy with the product- it was well worth waiting over 10 weeks for delivery. Only complaint - the INSTRUCTION MANUAL included in the pack is totally INCOMPLETE/ INADEQUATE. Otherwise ☆☆☆☆☆ all around. Well done guys!

I've had my Aventa Ebike for a week now. Dam it's fast and I haven't gone over power 3 yet, its also dead quiet. ( Great Bike). However anyone purchasing the bike expect to dial in your gears when I went out first time 8 & 9 gears wouldn't work (not to hard to fix ) also be warned the seat is rock hard

I have to say I’m really enjoying my new Furo ebike: so far, so good! Although I’ve only been out on it a few times, I’ve felt very confident riding out in the middle of the road, which I wouldn’t have been so bold to do so on a normal bike. I like the fact that I can pull away from traffic fairly easily, or keep up with slow moving traffic – where there might be build up of traffic – it has helped to give me my confidence back, (as I’m now in my 60s). My only gripe is that the front remote and back indicator lights aren’t working, but I have flagged this and currently waiting for a response. Having said that, I can manually access the back lights and set them up for hazard if need be, but at the moment I’m having to do the usual hand signals. Obviously this isn’t any good for night riding at the moment, so until it’s sorted, I won’t be using it during the evenings. Forgot to mention, I practically live on a hill, and that’s the main reason I wanted one, which I have to say, lives up to it’s reputation, as I managed the hill in approx 5mins flat; it normally takes around 15 mins to walk it. Overall I’m very satisfied. Thanks Furosystems 😊

I was persuaded by my husband to buy this bike - I personally thought it was a lot of money but he had done his research and was adamant it was the best. It eventually came after a long 5 month wait. Easy to put together and easy to operate. The first time I took it out I didn't like it at all. But that was because I wasn't used to it and felt out of control with it, now I love it. I have only used level 1 assist this is all I need and I love the fact that hills are a breeze! It's heavier than I anticipated though and I wouldn't be able to carry it. Overall a great bike and super easy to ride and fold. Now for the loss of one star - the saddle was incredibly uncomfortable I was in pain after using it. I have since bought a wide padded ladies saddle which has done the trick. Puncture after one outing - I took it out on a well maintained canal towpath and tarmacced pavements and the next day the front tyre was flat. No puncture marks or foreign debris found in the tyre but the inner tube was creased inside the wheel with a tear. This led me to believe it was like it when it was shipped to me. I have since used it on numerous canal paths with no further problems. Just had to fork out for a new inner tube two days after getting the bike. So, great bike I love riding it but Furo carefully check your bikes before they are shipped (my husband had to return his as it would not charge at all and a new one had to be sent) and consider a new carrier. UPS are not gentle and both boxes were dented and smashed.

It was a long wait for bike...purchased March 7 & received July. UPS changed delivery dates 3 times & I had to delay 3rd date. Finally arrived July 12. Pleased with performance, but cannot get indicator lights to work. Also small scratch on pedal crank.

Unfortunately I have give 2 stars due to FuroSystems selling a product that could not be given to the customer. I ordered my folding electric bike to get to work in February 2021 and I received the bike in July, over 4 MONTHS later. Since then I am no longer at my place of work so didn't need the bike, no refund was offered. I then had to pay £315 for UPS delivery, however, they paid it back immediately. The bike arrived with incorrect instructions for the indicators, due to the manufacturer changing the battery type, instructions say to take apart if not working, but its a chargeable indicator. However, it still doesn't work and this is, I think necessary due to the fold up bike being harder to control when you indicate with your arms (if used to being on a normal bike, I found it a bit wobbly due to the bike being long) I am still waiting to hear if and how the indicators can be fixed, I guess I will chase to get an update or a replacement sent to me. The bike itself is great, its light and I am only 5ft4, easy folding system, albeit a little long and bigger than I thought it would be. It boosts nicely when needed which is what I needed due to having a degenerated spine and struggling with long rides on a normal bike and lifting. The whole point of a fold up bike is to fold it and pick it up, however, there is no way of doing that very easily. I have seen other bikes easily pushed when folded so no need to pick up. Transporting it in folded position isn't the easiest. The bike is made very well, it is a shame most reviews, people complain about delivery, if you are willing to wait months and don't mind the transporting side when folded then go for it.

Bike is fine but orders are delayed and there is little communication from the company with updates on reason for delays Bike arrived 30 days after estimated delivery date

Really pleased with the bike. Four stars given only because of the long wait between order and delivery. E mails always answered promptly and courteously. Felt I could trust the company.

The bike itself is very good but 3 months delivery - understand the supply chain is bad for everyone at the moment but some proactive updates would have been nice. Seat pretty uncomfortable but another can be bought and fixed on.
