The two founders of FuroSystems, Elliott & Albert, are qualified engineers and they know what they are doing, designing and building e—bikes.. Their web site is v g. and easy to navigate. Before purchase Elliott answered all my questions on line promptly, without waffle. Albert met me in Hyde Park on time with an FX and answered further questions after I had ridden the bike in pedal and E modes. The purchase was simple and delivery exactly on time with the bike fully assembled. As for riding, I leave serious opinions to younger current cyclists, as I am an elderly gentleman who has not cycled for a while. But so far so good. The motor is very powerful. R.D. Surrey

What a pleasure to deal with a company which offers a truly personal service. Any queries were dealt with almost by return by Eliott and although delivery was slightly later than promised I was kept in the loop. And the product itself (in my case a Furo FX) seems to be of excellent quality.

Great experience had a test ride with one of the team had a thorough explanation of all the bikes functions. Its an absolutely great product. Follow up and delivery was spot on they even checked if everything was ok after i received the bike.

It was worth the wait! Although delivery of my FuroFX was delayed, I was pleased that my queries were promptly and courteously responded to by Eliott. The bike itself is great - it puts a smile on my face each time I ride it and I often find myself riding over hills that I would normally avoid on any other bike!

I love my FX bike & all of its features. Having tried other ebikes, read reviews,compared prices,spec etc I am very pleased with my decision to buy this bike as it's the best in the price bracket in my opinion. Customer care is excellent with Eliott always replying promptly to my emails whenever I've had a query.

Ordered an FX. All good and the bike is great. Unfortunately the delivery which I understand was out Furo's control made the experience a bit stressful. That said, I was kept up to date about the delivery delay and can not fault the openness and straight shooting about the delays which was refreshing to receive instead of the BS one sometimes get..... Well done Eliott....

Well packaged Ebike, arrived in excellent condition. No assembly necessary, just reflectors to fit. The bike is exactly what I wanted, and has met my expectations on my first ride. No gremlins, although a bit stiff to fold back into position, but I’d put that down to newness.Have yet to really put it through its paces, but I’m confident it will pass with flying colours. Nice and light, and quick and easy to charge, I would definitely highly recommend this product to anyone requiring a lightweight, folding, Electric bike.

I have been riding the bike now for a week and it has been a joy every kilometre. Handling is excellent (it’s a foldable bike) in the mountains where I live. Uphill the 5 different support levels make it a joy to ride alone and in a group. Charging of the battery is relatively quick and even under intense usage (support level 5 on a 12degree climb) the battery was never flat. Support from and contact with the company is easy, quick and honest.

very beautiful and functional product; it worth every single penny! yet, can be perfectionated: the seat is not comfortable, it’s hard line a rock - i’ll change it !! and, personally i’ll try to find a solution for amortization of the front and maybe even the seat! anyway, very very, very good product! the attention to detail of the frame is high, excellent hydraulic disc brakes
