The application process was very simple. It basically takes 20 minutes answering easy questions. Documents arrived the same day for New York. It will take you longer to drive to your lawyer's office.

Chad and his team are incompetent, messed up our application which resulted in issues. I wouldnt recommend them, I dont see the difference between them and other law firms. Just look at the negative reviews, they go in depth in the issues. Its also weird that all positive reviews are done from people with no previous reviews. Terrible job!

Unacceptable experience filed a simple single member LLC on Jan 2nd, and I have still not received the documentation they promised to deliver. They said they get your EIN for your business but not the case for me, they told me call and get it myself...They set you up with a registered agent that is partnered through a different agency and they do not give you online access to the dashboard to access any mail from agent. After having to manually fill out an EIN form and faxing it in they did not provide me with the EIN confirmation letter months after filing, then tell me i must get a replacement by myself, they "can not" do it they said. (which im confused as to why i paid for this service if i had to do virtually everything. I personally think this compnay is a scam and not worth the money or headache for that matter. Customer service isn't pleasant and at all and a bit rude; also taking days at a time to answer tickets.

BetterLegal offered a completely hassle free, online process to create my LLC. And there fee didn’t change through the process. I recommend to anyone starting a business, and I’ll be using them again.

FAST and EASY!!! my only issue was the look and feel. The website can be a little more smooth and friendly (UI/UX); it would be nice not to have to keep re-typing same info in multiple sections (check box for same as above ). Credit Card Info input was designed with current popular methods, had issues, but was quickly resolved. Good Experience

Great experience. Helpful videos were provided on questions where I got stuck on answers. When I was still confused, the customer service answered my questions within a minute of my inquiry which allowed me to complete my LLC request within minutes.

Tried legalzoom to set up a Texas LLC. They failed miserably. Saw betterlegal's site on line and gave them a try. A simple process that was highly responsive with great communications. And much less expensive than legalzoom. Very good experience.

BetterLegal and their team made this process go very smooth. I have been self teaching myself how to open a new mobile pizza trailer and BetterLegal made getting the LLC and EIN # extremely easy.
