Everything went very smooth except I bought a EIN number separately not knowing that was included in the price. That could be more clear and I think the price could be lower for the overall service.

My experience with BetterLegal was excellent. The initial process of providing relevant and important information for setting up a LLC was easy and not time consuming. On certain questions, there was a short video that explained what was being asked. That was very helpful. Once I submitted the required information, the response from BetterLegal was quick and efficient as promised. I would recommend BetterLegal to anyone considering setting up a LLC.

Filed for a Florida LLC on January 2. Received the completed paperwork on January 10. A little longer than the 3 business days promoted on their website but I understand that they can't control how long the Secretary of State takes to return the completed application. I did inquire on Day 5 requesting an update and received a prompt reply that they were waiting for the application to be returned. Overall, very satisfied.

They handled everything and they were super quick. They even let me know when the IRS was delayed due to a holiday closing, and gave me the option to get the docs that were available, or wait until everything was back.
