I went online to try to cancel and the website said I wasn't in the system so I thought maybe I did just order one time and not recurring. They sent me another package a few days later. It feels kind of like a scam.

I do not like the number of patches I received.

I have been using MaxxAbsorb for 5 years, always faithfully sent to me each month. I have need of this product for my supply of Vitamin B12, as I lost my lower ileum (that’s where most of the body’s B12 is absorbed) to cancer over 5 years ago. My only small quibble relates to the variances in the measured doses that occurs from time to time. Most of the time this is not an issue - just sometimes. I am, however, deeply grateful for a source of methylcabalomin B12. Most suppliers of B12 use cynocabalomin, which has a side effect of muscle wasting according to WebMD. I use 4 squirts in the morning and 3 in the evening and rub the cream into my calves. I use 2 bottles of MaxAbsorb per month.

After I alerted Vita Sciences that my order was not shipped for three days after placing an order, Customer Service immediately took care of the situation. Their response was exemplary and shipping was confirmed.

My neurologist recommended the Vita Science B-12 patches for a nerve problem in my neck. He uses these patches himself and said they were the best brand available. i checked online at Amazon and found B-12 patches of the same dose for much less but i have gotten such good results from these that I chose to stick with them. Within a few hours I can feel an increase in my energy levels and my thinking is more clear. I have an auto renewal for every 8 weeks and they show up as promised and i get a good discount because of the auto renew. Very good service and product

Had Horrible first time experience. I made an order but didn't put my shipping address, instead I sent it to where I was going to be working that week since I'm mobile. They sent me an email saying to verify the address and I did. Then they sent me the tracking number and a day later they emailed me again saying they wouldn't ship the order until I verified again. I told them I didn't want it anymore and they called me. They wanted to see if I had ordered before and when I said I did, they wanted proof. That's insulting and such a waste of time. They could've just told me they didn't want to ship to me instead of making me go through a week of waiting just for my order to not have even shipped.
