I am so glad I found you! I have used the B-12 patches, cream and Vitamin D cream for years. I have to cut the B-12 patches into quarters or halves to use because I find they are too strong otherwise. The first time I used a full patch, I didn't sleep for 3 days! I also learned to apply them at night before bedtime. I awake with so much energy!

When I was using the drops every 20 minutes, it relieved my pain temporarily, but when I went to 4 hours, it didn't help at all.
