Reliable Trustworthy and Safe

I've tried a couple other brands, these by far give me more relief. The ringing has not dissappeared, but it's tolerable. I can definitely tell when I don't take them , or have to much caffeine or clench my teeth. I wouldn't stop taking them. A noise machine at night(plus 8hrs sleep, a must)... wouldn't do with out either one!
