I would recommend to try this product before resorting to medicine. The doctor suggested this for my teen daughter to avoid taking medication to some she already takes for other ailments. He said it works on half his patients. My teen daughter would get headaches daily. Now they are down to one or two a week and even the headaches she gets go away with a third tablet which was recommended by her doctor.
