Ordered two weeks ago and never received. Tried emailing twice and calling but no response.

Shipping is poor

I ordered a product over a week ago, and I have still not received it. No word from the company as to why there has been a delay in shipping.

I order a week ago, got an email 5 days ago saying my order is on the way. Today I get an email asking: How did we Do? Do What? I still haven't received the product I ordered.

I always like vital science products in particular the sciatic care. This time I was asked to review and I have received the product and then right after that my order was expedited and I did receive it. So I'm very glad to do business with vital science.
