We ordered a complete bathroom set. All were fine except the soap dispenser, where I was very disappointed with the fit between the glass dispenser and the mount. The circular wall mount is too large meaning the dispenser wobbles. The other models did not have the same issue, so be careful what you pick. Unfortunately, there is only one set in brushed SS, so we had no other choice.

In looking for bathroom fittings for my newly renovated house, my architect suggested Aston Matthews for high quality, stylish sanitary ware to furnish an ensuite,main bathroom and cloakroom. I didnt have a huge budget but with Steve Cook's brilliant advice I was able to find beautiful bathrooms at very affordable prices. I didn't think I could be happier with Aston Matthews until the fixtures arrived to discover each box was individually marked as to where in the house they were meant to go. My builder said " this makes my life easier, someone knows what they're doing"

Phoned up, had the bath in stock, paid for it and it turned up a few days later

We needed a mildly abrasive environmentally friendly cleanser. Through experience we knew Bon Ami (American product) was just what we needed. We found that Aston Matthews stocks and recommends it to their customers to clean and protect their cast iron tubs. We also know it works well on fiberglass and ceramic cooking surfaces.

Your kitchen taps are a great success. Turn off perfectly without a drip, hot or cold without a problem and very smart looking! My son has the same and they’ve lasted for years.

I’ve been dealing with Aston Mathews for over 20 years and have always found their customer service helpful professional and timely . Crucially they are always able to supply what you are looking for and give in depth advice on whatever project is in hand .I particularly recommend their own classic Aston Mathews brand which is a superior quality and I believe in the current market place good value - and still in good working order 20 years on .. .plus .should repairs be needed - easily available spare parts down the line means it’s super sustainable choice . I would not dream of going anywhere else .

Michael was very helpful throughout but it seems that inter-office communications were a little lacking, as my order was pretty late being delivered without letting me know until I called in. The quality of the items was great though when they arrived

The solid brass taps are gorgeous but had to wait a very long time for them which during Covid was understandable, however communication could have been better from the shop.

Really great post-sales support. Purchased some classic taps and a discontinued drain unit 20 years ago, the discontinued unit needed parts replacing and spares were found at the back of the storeroom !!!! Amazing

Whilst I’m sure there are people who do a vast amount more business with Aston Matthews than ourselves, I can honestly say I don’t think I’ve been more impressed with a company to help even the smaller budgeted customers.
