A company that sells aircraft parts at the speed of lazy, rude snails. "That item is backordered " is their standard reply to every order, seemingly. Maintaining an aactual inventory - what a novel idea!

Ordered item ( case of oil). It got stuck in order queue for 8 days , I tried to cancel as I needed oil for a trip. They said orders can not be canceled once placed but could be returned after received. After 16 days the oil finally came, it took me 2 weeks and 20 emails to receive an RMA. Each contact had a different story on what they could do and said no manager could be spoken too as I inquired for a manager on multiple phone calls . I had to eat the shipping charge to me and argue multiple times for them to cover their return shipment on their error . Never again sky geek
