Hi, ordered a case of oil. Paid with a credit card so payment was completed instantly. After several emails, I finally got the oil shipped to me after about two weeks. I'm guessing I got lost in the computer some where. It's not that I've ever made a mistake, so I am just telling you my experience since you have asked me. I received HAZMAT items that were leaking so I contacted SkyGeek to return. I have not received any instructions on how to return the product yet or when we'll be receiving replacements.

The website stated the material usually ships within 24-48 hrs. I called to verify and was told by Antoinette that the material would be available 7/13 so I placed the order online. Upon receipt of my confirmation, it stated material would ship 8/15! I called again to verify and was told by Ashley that the material would ship 7/23. I have no idea when I'll get the material...

Purchased a 2 year ELT battery that expired in 15 months. Still wanted me to pay for shipping it back.
