We have just come back from a lovely week at villa Neriana. The villa was beautiful and very clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked really well which was great for the middle of the day. The kids spent hours in the pool. We also had a lovely couple of barbcues in the lovely garden. It was a really relaxing holiday. Chania is beautiful and well worth a visit and a meal out. It is 20 mins or so drive away. We also liked te little beach Agioi Apostoloi which was great for kids and very close. Chania Rentals were very helpful and answered all our questions very promptly. We had a great trip and would love to come again. There were no issues at all with the Greek situation with the Euro.

The holiday in Villa Margarita was unforgettable. We are two families with four adults and four teenagers and we stayed in Villa Margarita from 27/07/2015 to 05/08/2015. The villa is modern, very clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. It is located in a strategic position from which you can reach some of the most beautiful beaches of Crete. If you don't want to drive, in few miles there are the pretty beaches of Chania, while in an hour you can reach beautiful places like Elafonissi, Balos, Falassarna, Paleochora, etc. For the lazy people, Villa Margarita offers a clean and welcoming pool. Mrs Margarita is polite and very nice. We felt right at home! We provided a vegetable garden from which we picked up at will land products: tomatoes are very unique, to try! We ate at a nearby tavern called Elia, where we are treated with kindness and we enjoyed typical local dishes. The only sour note of Villa Margarita is that The time flies fast and the holiday is over too much too soon. Finally a special thanks to The agency Chania-rentals for The professionalism demostrated.

Très belle villa au milieu des oliviers. Tranquillité assurée. Vue magnifique sur mer et montagne notamment les couchés de soleil. La location est très agréable et très bien équipée avec du matériel de qualité. Accueil très sympathique du propriétaire.

A beautiful villa. Can't believe how lucky we have been to find this fabulous place. A family of 5 with teenagers and kept all of us so happy. Lefteris so helpful with sights and places to visit. Villa beautiful and clean but maybe only needed a towel change as opposed to a full clean midweek. Such a fab place. Plan to go again

Both houses were very well and thoughtfully equipped to a good standard. Both owners very friendly and extremely helpful and keen to make our stay memorable. Would highly recommend both of the villas, the people we encountered and Crete.

We booked a wonderful villa through Chania Rentals. The booking process itself was straightforward, easy to navigate and understand. All queries were replied to promptly and reminders were timely. The villa was exactly as advertised. There were no hidden extras. We enjoyed our villa thoroughly, the contact with the owner and his family was an added bonus. We had a fabulous holiday and were sorry to leave!

We had a wonderful stay in Gianna villa. We had a great stay there and the service provided by Chania-rentals was excellent.

Tout s'est très bien passé lors de notre 1ère réservation de villa avec cette agence (Chania Rentals). La villa était totalement conforme à la description faite sur le site et à nos attentes. Lors de notre arrivée tardive en Crête nous avons été accueilli sur place, toutes les indications utiles nous ont été données et on nous à même offert un cadeau de bienvenue ET un cadeau lors de notre départ. Bref nous recommandons vivement l'agence & la villa (qui est magnifique et très bien située).

The villa has everything we needed, spacious,modern,well designed. On the beach ,shop 5 minutes walk, excellent bar restaurant literally next door. The sound of the sea and the sea breeze at night magical ! Lovely owner and his family couldn't do enough for us. Would thoroughly recommend and I am sure we will go back again soon. Crete is lovely, our first visit.

Easy process to find the perfect villa and have a wonderful stay in Melame . Any communication was informative and clear and the owners of the villa accommodating personable and helpful . A beautiful stay and I will definatly use the company again .
