I have given 5 stars because Decor Supplies were great but it was not so great for DPD delivery. I have ordered before so I knew that the Decor Supplies wallpaper would be great. Also, the measures taken with the double cavity boxes was extraordinary. However, the delivery by DPD was not good. Should I not be in, I have instructions on the door plus clear instructions lodged with all the main delivery companies to leave parcels in my porch. This DPD driver decided to leave it outside. Thankfully, I was back in time to bring the parcels in before it rained.

A few problems with dpd but nothing to do with decor supplies. When I rang they got straight into the problem and were so apologetic which wasn’t even their fault. Had next day delivery. Would definately shop again with decor supplies.

I had an issue with my order that was my own fault - the online sales manager was great in helping me get it sorted. The email reply I got was very helpful, and it was a very quick response time. Highly recommend for the customer service.
