The sample arrived very quickly and subsequently Dave processed a full order which also was promptly delivered. We are very pleased with the wallpaper and appreciate the friendly, efficient service.

Quick delivery

Decor supplies were so helpful. I ordered 5 rolls but they called me to let me know they could only get 4 and it would be a long wait due to the summer shutdown. They helped with guidance on how to work out whether 4 rolls would be enough and tips on how to limit the wasted paper due to pattern repeat. As a result we went ahead with 4 rolls and the immediately refunded the cost for 5th roll. I am pleased to say it was just enough paper! Wall looks great now.

Ordered some wallpaper samples which were promptly despatched but there was a delay with the samples DFS supply from Galerie.

Easy ordering, prompt service and delivery. Wallpaper well packaged. Just great.

Tiny sample sent only a4 not even full width of wallpaper. This was not free. Paid for sample and delivery. Not sure how you could ever make a decision on such a small sample. Would never use again.

I don’t often go out of my way to write a review but just had to about Decor Supplies. My interior designer chose quite an expensive paper and thought that we had ordered enough however my decorator realised we didn’t have enough. I placed an online order for more and overnight I realised that the batch number may not be the same and panicked. I called 1st thing and spoke to Dave who was super helpful and confirmed that he had already checked my previous order to ensure the correct batch number was sent, he also ensured that it was received the following day! 10/10 service, brilliant, thank you so much 😊

From start to finish we received an excellent service. They had to order in some wallpaper for us which we needed urgently and they arranged for the supplier to send it directly to us to save time. Then afterwards we had one roll too many and it was very easy to send it back and get a refund. Emily kept us informed the whole time. Would definitely recommend this company.
