We moved into our new rental property nearly a month ago and still don’t have a fridge. Still no indication from the Property Management Department when we will receive a new one, but been told we won’t receive any compensation despite the long delay. A very disappointing experience. I’m having to chase every day for updates. Raised a formal complaint last week but no one ever got back to me.
