Able to successfully find a place before arriving in the UK depends on the assistance of the staff of the Winchester White, especially Jake Hirons-Palmer and Romana Moskurjakova, whose work efficiency and enthusiasm are still fresh in my memory. We had a very positive experience viewing and letting a property through Winchester White this past week. Emily was extremely helpful throughout the process, always following up promptly on our requests, always kind and polite, and was instrumental in concluding the deal as seamlessly as possible.

I’m survivor of living with infested mould and mice. They locked me out of a 3 year contract, and neglected to do any repairs on the flat. The most horrible years of my life, and my partner. Unfortunately she suffered with this as well. We were both out of options to leave. When I tried to reason to leave with a dead of surrender, they told me I had to pay £30K for the rest of the tenancy. I also offered to pay rent for 2 months until they find a tenant. That is enough to do repairs and find someone, given it is London. Even had to pay for the pest control myself. No one helped us, including the council. We had many other problems too. They lied about the furniture upon viewing, when we got there, it was different and much worse too. Furniture was mouldy as well. I cannot even believe these things happen in a metropolis like London, and nothing changes. Do not do business with this abysmal company. As you can see they only care about the check at the end of the month.

Excellent experience with Winchester White - from the management and lettings team (Jake and Emily) as well as the finance team (Elizabeth). The team is professional, addresses and deals with their client queries promptly and always in hand to help. We are very pleased with the co-ordinated efforts and well-managed services provided.

Endless spam. 2 or 3 letters through the post every week. A waste of time and money as I have no intention of letting out my house but the letters keep coming, about 10 in the last month, up to 3 in one day.
