I was a tenant for almost 2 years. They have leveled up their professionalism and will promptly respond to any issue regarding the property and tried to fix it as soon as possible. The tenancy manager was exceptional when I have to leave my joint tenancy and provided solutions by keeping it professional and realizing the urgency of the situation. They have proved that they prioritize difficult situations and try to solve things in different ways by using their professional status as a "guarantor" especially, when random people have to communicate and sort out things regarding the change of tenancies, deposits etc.

We’ve always had a positive experience dealing with Winchester White for renting out our flat, most recently with Elizabeth W and Ines. Communication has been very prompt, ensuring we are fully up to date at every stage of the process, and easy to get hold of in case of questions. The process has been quick and efficient, with minor input required from our side which has saved us lots of time. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Winchester White have recently helped to rent our property in Chelsea, London. Harry Evans was enthusiastic, motivated and very organised. He’s excellent at his job and knows the market very well. When to take risks and when not to. Getting the property marketed and rented happened so smoothly and quickly for us - couldn’t fault them and their work ethic. His team are great - particularly Louis Berenger and the photographer. Would absolutely recommend working with Harry and his team.

Probably the best renting experience I’ve had, hands down. Everything was seamless and the team made the offer, signing, and move in process very straightforward. Anytime my flatmate and I had questions someone was there to provide very timely answers. Louis and Harry were amazing with the process of securing the flat and Amy was so incredibly helpful when we were moving in and even getting us settled in the new flat.
