I am greatly impressed by the Ficus bonsai that I received today. I submitted two separate orders which I received neatly packed (strapped) inside the box below the bonsai I received. As a newcomer to bonsai, I am very happy not only with the condition of the plant, but the care that was taken in packaging the orders. I bought a Ficus Microcarpa (Banyan Fig) Bonsai tree for a very special colleague as a leaving present. I wasn't sure I had left enough time to order this so contacted The Yorkshire Bonsai company out of hours and they responded straight away. They were super helpful and knowledgeable and I received the tree exactly when they said it would arrive and in plenty of time, very well packaged. The tree was beautiful - a very healthy, glossy tree with good proportions. Personally I loved the more 'rustic' look of the tray as it went perfectly with the tree. My colleague absolutely loved it and I wish I could have a tree like this myself!! There are LOADS of companies selling Bonsai trees on the internet, but I would highly recommend this company who are clearly passionate about their trees, sell trees that actually look like their photos, know their stuff and provide excellent customer service.

Really quick service ordered my item on Sunday, it arrived early Wednesday. Well packed. The Bonsai dish is as expected the accompanying tray is a little rough and ready but fine. Definitely deal with this company again.
