ordered a Bonsai for my wifes birthday, it arrived on time well packaged. Unfortunately after 3 months it started to wilt and drop leaves. I followed the instructions but we have 4 other bonsai's growing! not from them. I contacted them and attached a picture asking for advice. 3 emails I sent, no response whatsover, the bonsai died , waste of money. It is now Sept 2022 I have contacted them again and still no response. Won't buy from again, so beware , in my opinion customer service is non existent
