First time ordering from here. I initially spoke to a woman on the phone regarding next day delivery who was very nice and helpful. I like the fact that the substrates available come in different quantities. Which is good as you don't always want/need a big bag full. Will be ordering from here again 😊.

The tree that I received was the exact one that I ordered, I have to be honest the tree is absolutely beautiful! The photos do not do it any justice! Very very happy.

Very pleased with the product but would’ve liked more communication to know my order was placed in the first 48 hours but once Royal mail had it I could track it and everything was fine pot is beautiful and very pleased with it.

The pot I bought is very high quality and fits my bonsai perfectly.
