I feel they meet all my needs explain everything so I understand just an all round great company

David was very friendly and professional, he tidied any mess he made, which was very little. The ceiling looks great again.

The gentleman who came to fix our radiator was quick and efficient he cleaned up behind himself and was courteous

Dan was very polite friendly and helpful. As soon as he arrived to change my window handles he realised he had the wrong colour on his van. He apologised and went back to get the correct ones . I had also had another one break in one of the bedrooms and he was more then happy to repair that one for me, saving me having to book another appointment. I couldn't have asked for anyone more helpful thank you.

The repair work I recently had done was to a very high standard and the staff are friendly and polite.

I've been having troubles with my upstairs toilet since July but it's finally been sorted thanks to Bradley the plumber he was very polite and understanding on my daughters needs as she is disabled. Done a great job and cleaned up after he had finished

I was very pleased with adil he fixed my boiler was very pleasant and well mannered nothing was to much trouble for him he's a credit to the company

On the 14th January my pump on my shower gave up! Had a great experience with the speed Abri sent the Plummer a lovely chap who arrived in a matter of hours went and bought a new pump nothing was too much trouble for him , thank you so much a stressful day was diverted,

Phoned abri pretty upset about the subcontractor who drove 4 hours to get to the job. Only to leave a minute later saying he can’t do the job due to working at hight. Even though it was explained on the phone when I reported the issue. Laura was brilliant she listened and has actioned the job with the correct approach to hopefully now getting it sorted.
