Reported toilet flush not working (only toilet in my property) at 2:39pm and was told someone would be out in next 24hrs At 2:50pm i got a text to say Abri on way,He arrived at 3pm and fixed problem and gone by 3:09pm. Excellent service today.

Spoke with Sammi at Abri - lovely to talk to. She was very helpful and had the answers to what I needed help with. Sammi also gave me information that I wasn’t aware of and sent me a link to access what I needed. Very helpful and informative.

Given the amount of storm damage to properties recently, my request for repair was dealt with timeously and efficiently. Site inspection carried out, and my follow up phone conversation with Martin the next day was dealt with professionally. He had all the facts and photo s of the damage to hand and the matter was resolved and decision taken immediately.Excellent service all round.
