I had reason to phone abri and spoke to a really lovely lady called verity. As always she was not only extremely helpful but such a pleasure to talk to . Everyone at abri is always so polite and helpful.

James came to check an issue I had in my flat. I had water leaking through my bathroom ceiling. James went up into my loft to check the pipes and saw that their was a small leak. He sealed up the pipe very quick and prompt. I was suprised that it was done so quick. The leak stopped and I was very pleased with the service. James was very polite and proffessional. Highly rated 5 star service would highly recommend to anyone.

I contacted Abri on two matters. I had a blocked drain, Jamie made it a priority and it was fixed that day 10/10. The second was financial, Jamie checked explained and suggested options. He spoke so I could understand. What he was saying, I'm partially deaf and pushing on in years I can't sing his praises high enough Michelle phoned me to see if I was happy. Again friendly and completely understandable I don't write many reviews but Abri deserves this

Custer service is always so helpful. Victoria was especially helpful .i don’t call very often but when I do who ever is on the other end of the phone are polite today I have also had a call out for my today fence straight away he introduced himself as Carl big friendly smile what a happy chap. Wel done to the team

After requesting call back from Abri I had a pleasure to talk to Emma who was very polite, professional and helpful. Emma responded quickly to my inquiry and guided me through the process of my request in no time which lead to very efficient and great experience.

I had Rich come round to look at moving my kitchen smoke alarm. It transpired the smoke alarms in the house were in the wrong rooms. Rich couldn’t have been more helpful, pleasant, engaging and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this chap and think what an absolute asset he is to the organisation. I can see him going far. I happened to see him again yesterday as he was in the building doing an inspection of lights and took the time to see if everything was ok with the job he had done. 5 ⭐️’s all the way!!

As i spoke to helen on 11/2/25i gave her this Experience becouse she was so kind and patient and her understanding for my situation whithin my accomadation was very expereianced and profesional that the houseing assosation of abbri are very lucky to havesuch a kind person on the custormer service to nagotiate with their tenants.

I had my first house inspection today and I can honestly say I am so, so impressed with Abri in general and the service I received overall. The inspection itself was carried out in a very respectful, non invasive and dignified way and the inspector himself was very polite. I mentioned a repair I needed and couldn’t believe it when less than an hour later I received a text from Abri informing me an operative was on their way, and a few moments later, he had arrived and completed the job. Thank you

I was incredibly impressed with the quality of service offered by Abri. In particular, my call was handled by Verity who was patient with me and made sure the problem with my boiler was resolved within the week. The heads up texts and calls for the engineers/plumbers visit were very helpful as it gave me time to leave work to be available for the repair appointment. I forgot to take the engineers and plumbers names but wanted to extend my thanks to them too. Keep up the good work!

I have been a tenant of Abri for just over a year now in a new-build property. As with a lot of new builds with teething problems, I have an on-going issue. I recently spoke about it to Bernadette from Abri, who was very helpful and friendly, she gave me confidence that my issue would be resolved and I now feel happy and relieved that Abri care about their tenants and will do all they can to resolve the issue.

I would like to say that my recent contact with Emma reception was very pleasent, helpful and quick with my call. Would also like to mention Anna who has been qite something in her support in many ways with my Sittuation recently. I spoke with Mel regarding some repairs. She was very helpful and understanding throughout our phone conversation and sort things out quickly. All Abri staff that attend to the repairs since we moved here are very helpful and polite. Job well done.
