I rang Abri about a couple of jobs I needed doing, I spoke to a lady called Lyn, who was very helpful and polite. She has booked the help I needed and also asked if she could help with anything else while I was on the line.

Myself and my neighbour are constantly reporting to Abri that drunks and druggies are sleeping, doing their drugs, using our doorsteps as toliets and stealing our property due to the tradesman button being open on our outside door 24/7. We don't feel safe and constantly having to remove the homeless out. All we get is the same reply when reported. Even though we have video proof. How about do something about it. Before we go above abri.

Had to have some painting done in the bathroom after a minor leak had left mould .Abri sent David who arrived on time explained what he needed to do did the work and left the bathroom clean and tidy . it was stress free and a good job

My roof has 20+ holes in it. I reported it to abri. 1st visit: They said they replaced the batons and roofing felt. They didn't. They cleaned out the gutters. 2nd visit: They cleaned the moss off the roof. 3rd visit: Condemned the whole roof and that of the privately owned property on either side. 4th visit: tucked in the insulation exposed after the inspection from visit 3. 5th visit: turned up an said it was too big a job for them. 7 months of water pouring through the roof every time it rains! Ignored weekly email complaints. Only showed any interest after the local MP got involved. Disgusting landlord!

He came early , Showed me his name badge. He was polite and cheerful . Did the job quickly and tidy up after himself. He listened to me and answered any questions I had. He was very efficient

As a disabled person, Abri have always been fast and efficient at handling any repairs and maintenance. The trades people have all been excellent including the plumber called Victor, Michael the gas engineer and Lillian from customer services. Good job Abri.

I'd just like to say a huge thank and well done to the two Abri operatives, Kameron and Nyle, who came to my house on 17th Dec to mend my gate and path. They were polite, kind, considerate and the work they did was excellent. I honestly could not fault their professionalism and behaviour. Well done Abri for employing such good people!

The plumber came to a repair a leak In the bathroom. He was polite and got on with the job. He explained what he was doing and was quick and wfficient.

Had an electrician come out to repair my shower. He was very polite and professional. Such a breath of fresh air. A couple of days later a plumber came to repair a broken dial on my radiator. He was friendly, engaging and very professional. It just shows that there are still tradesmen who take an interest in their work, whilst respecting your home.

Tommy, came to my residence to complete smoke alarm testing and to replace/update a smoke alarm. He tested all alarms and made sure all worked in conjunction with each other. He was polite, courteous and did a professional job.
