Friendly and succinct. I feel Abri housing care about their tenants. I always feel valued. Quick and efficient repairs.

I have lived in an Abri home for almost 10 years and can only say that they are a fabulous landlord and since changing from Yarlington are more caring, with repairs completed quickly and thoroughly, always polite and nothing is left to tidy after. I recall when I was given my bungalow I couldn’t believe it, that I was even considered for it was fantastic. Thank you so very much

The staff that replaced my broken window, I made aware that my wife was sleeping off a 12hr night-shift so could they please be aware of noise. The job was done so quickly and quietly, you wouldn't have known they were even there. Very kind and considerate. A1

We had a new boiler fitted after the guy came to do the annual check.he asked any problems and I told him that we have been complaining about the boiler not working properly for years so he rang his boss and booked in for a new boiler the next week.They came on time and worked hard to get most done in first day then tidied up second day.Now we can have a bath and have heating on at same time.

I would love to compliment a lovely lady,that I spoke to yesterday. Her name was Bernadette. Her mannerism was so polite and made me feel as if I had known her for years!! Bernadette certainly knew her job! And Thankyou for putting up with me !!

I raised an emergency ticket for a blocked drain and Carla dealt with it really quickly and was so friendly, helpful and professional. The contractors came out within a couple of hours and sorted it. Great service

Ask for some paperwork to prove there wasnt any asbestos in the property. Still waiting... this was a while back now. Mind you if you have school leavers answering the phones what do you expect. Ridiculous as only trying to improve the property and now they are making my life stressful... AGAIN!

I had my annual gas safety check and the engineer found my boiler was leaking inside. Unfortunately this meant my boiler was not allowed to be used and it was late friday afternoon. Thankfully the engineer left me some heaters and i was only without heating for 2 days due to it being a weekend. Abri and their engineers had the new part installed and my boiler working by 9.45am on the monday. Thanks to the annual check the leak was found resolved and done so quickly, cleanly and efficiently.

This company look after their tenants above and beyond not only do they pop in and listen to your needs they help with your welfare offer services such as job hunting white goods and ensure you are happy and safe can't ask for more 😊

I spoke to Kate yesterday on the phone as I was having boiler issues, she was very polite, professional and got on the case straight away. With in a few hours an engineer turned up he to was very professional. I have only dealt with ABRI for a short time but everyone who I have spoken to or who have come out to me have been spot on.

I called Abri to assist with some repairs and bookings , and I spoke to Jasmine who was really helpful , as well as polite. She took the time to listen to the issues , and assisted in getting bookings made or questions answered.

I spoke with Oliver about the mould in my son's bedroom & he was very sympathetic, polite & helpful. He booked an appointment for someone to come & deal with it & also chased up another matter that I was waiting to hear about. I have lived here 2 years now & have always had a good experience whenever calling Abri.
