After answering a million questions, twice, our policy was accepted. It was then cancelled due to "inconsistencies" which were not revealed, ok, fine but then they took the payment anyway and I've been struggling to get them to refund it. Also beware that if you put your number in and don't take a policy they'll keep calling you to offer "assistance". Cannot recommend.

What rubbish because I made a mistake on my form and started again they have cancelled my policy. They didn’t even bother to phone me up to discuss it all. Just sent me a very unhelpful email! IN reply to your reply. Yes the line was difficult but we wer able to hear each other enough for me to hear the lady say she would try later - no one did or has! PLus you already have my contact details...you have my email as you've already emailed to let me know about not offering me th Insurance and you already have my number. So I am not sure what other details you require?

They won't give me life insurance due to being Transgender and said I would have to put my birth gender, even though I have all legal documents to declare being female and been totally honest with them, discrimination!

I found Beagle Street on line and after having endless problems getting a reasonable quote because of a health condition Begal Street shone through. Site is easy to use and made it so simple. I’ve accepted the life insurance quote from Beagle Street as it was the cheapest, however I am annoyed that there is no option to pay annually.
