I notice a lot of people have recognised Abdul's exceptional service and I wanted to suggest increasing his bonus and or wages because he is an attribute to your team!

The website in regard to getting a quote and applying for the insurance and getting the insurance was quite straight forward but the part where you create your account does not work so I cannot get a copy of my policy documents. I've tried the "forgotten password" route but an email is not sent. Hopefuly there is a 14 day cooling off period to cancel it. My email address they have is correct as I got the congratulations your insurance applcation has been accepted email.

Had a fantastic customer assistant called Abdul who was great and asked if I wanted to sort my crying baby out while he waited and called back the next day to finish the questions as I had to go out and he called when he said he would and quote was a great price he gave all the potions and prices!
